Who we are

Reflect upon the person you are today and the person you were a time ago. Whether you're better or worse today, you'll quickly realize that you didn't get here through a single event, person, or action. Yet, how is it that we are so different now? What force caused us to deviate from our current state of reality, such that change is the only feasible outcome? In life, fitness, and relationships, it wasn't the fact that you did something for one day that you changed. Rather, it was the fact that you did something for long enough that you EVOLVED. In other words, you became someone you never were by doing something you've never done. This is the fundamental principle of Change.

At summation fitness our goal is to stand with the person who continuously puts in the effort to become the person they strive to be. To work with and for the person in which change is an inevitable feat. To be a symbol of our common humanity, never settling for the inadequacies of today. And to be an inspiration, for those who dream of a better tomorrow.
